Note:
This is primarily an onsite role in Montezuma, Iowa, with a work schedule of Wednesday through Sunday, from 8:
30 AM to 5:
00 PM.
ONLY the Saturday-Sunday shifts will be performed remotely.
Wednesday-Friday shifts will be performed ONSITE in Montezuma, Iowa.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats; address customer queries regarding pricing, inventory, and delivery; manage returns or exchanges; maintain and update customer information in our database Enhanced Support Functions:
Take charge of escalated customer issues, ensuring a higher level of resolution and customer satisfaction Collaboration and Resolution:
Work closely with carriers, fulfillment teams, and other internal departments to resolve shipping and order-related issues efficiently Order Management:
Oversee the accuracy of order fulfillment, manage return processes, and handle credit applications Proactive Communication:
Keep customers informed about inventory shortages, order status, and cancelations during the fulfillment process Project Involvement:
Actively participate in special projects assigned by Contact Center leadership, demonstrating initiative and leadership skills What You Will Need Education & Experience Minimum age requirement of 18 years High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Associate degree preferred At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a contact center environment Knowledge & Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams, or the ability to learn quickly Capable of using multiple web-based applications effectively Strong desktop computer skills, including multi-screen navigation Typing proficiency of 45
words per minute Basic understanding of Brownells products and website Remote Technical/Broadband Requirements Minimum 3Mbps download, 1.
5Mbps upload and ping time less than 30 ms Preferred 10Mbps download, 5Mbps upload and ping time less than 30 ms Physical Demands Sedentary work.
Sedentary work involves lifting no more than 10 pounds at a time and occasionally lifting or carrying articles like docket files, ledgers, and small tools.
Although a sedentary job is defined as one which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
